Complex is unique in that it's smaller and it is located on beautiful grounds. The unit itself is located on the first floor, and it has laminated floors throughout. It also has washer and dryer connections for stackable units. There is a nice outdoor gated patio off the kitchen. Future applicant will have a good credit score, proof of income, and must pass a background check. All applications will be viewed on a case per case basis. Small pet is OK, but limited to 25lbs.
